Consolidation Expert / Manager

For a small service provider focused on AIF, Redbridge recruitment is currently looking for consolidation and reportings experts/managers.

Tasks but not limited:

– Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS or Luxembourg GAAP, using a dedicated software

– Assist in implementing consolidation instructions and reporting packages

– Review reporting packages prepared locally for accuracy and completeness

– Post key consolidation adjustments

– Review consolidation entries for completeness/ accuracy

– Prepare, review and manage inter-company account reconciliation

– Participate in purchase price allocation and impairment testing processes

– Maintain/ develop the consolidation system and the group charts of accounts

Profile:

• French and English speaking
• Master degree
• Background in a big 4
