Redbridge is recruiting for an innovative real estate company that’s invests and develops in RE. It is a fast growing and successful company that focus on a unique approach to urban development. You will be a part of an office with around 20 colleagues of different nationalities from all over the world. They offer a good work environment and a fairly good work/life balance. In this role, you will be a part of the Risk and Compliance team which consists of three employees, and you will report to our Risk Manager/Director.

The position

Your primary responsibility will be to support our Risk Director/Manager in the Luxembourg office for the daily operational tasks to cope with the substantial growth. You will be working with oversight and maintaining data and risk processes including different KRI based on actual forecast analysis and support risk management projects with assessments and stress testing.

  • Participate to perform regular risk management controls of main KRIs for the funds
  • Perform specific and ad-hoc risk controls at asset and fund level
  • Support the risk manager to run scenario analysis on the existing portfolios
  • Support the risk manager to review new investments and assess impact on KRIs, projected cash flows and investment restrictions
  • Maintain risk profiles and other internal policies
  • Help the risk manager to coordinate the Risk Committee
  • Participate to the implementation and management of oversight controls, risk analysis in line with standard company procedures
  • Analysis and reporting of risk monitoring and risk effectiveness procedures for the use of senior management and clients
  • Review fund’s risk profiles
  • Candidate might be involved in the property valuation process (coordinating with external valuers, asset managers, etc.)


  • Strong excel and PowerBI skills
  • Data analytics skills
  • 5 years experience in consulting, audit or in other AIFM, direct Real Estate investments as preferred background field
  • Knowledge of AIFMD and CSSF circulars (especially 18/698)
  • Sustainability and Climate change risk knowledge / interest
  • Bachelor/master in finance and CFA
