Our client is a leading global UK law firm offering a wide range of services and high-quality transactions, dealing with investments funds related. They advise local and international corporations, financial institutions, and government clients.
They are looking for an Associate // Senior Associate, specialised in Alternative investment funds (Private Equity-Real Estate).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting/reviewing of legal and fund documents
- Contact with the CSSF
- Providing advice on investments in the funds
- Be involved in advising on Luxembourg regulatory issues in various cross-jurisdictional regulatory matters
- Manage various projects and help leading a team
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers
Your profile:
- Fluent in English
- Good commercial approach
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- Experience in managing junior team members
- Strong abilities in providing legal advice in alternative investment funds structuring and related regulatory issues
- Good knowledge in drafting and/or reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Great ability to liaise with partners leading projects
