Redbridge Recruitment are currently recruiting a Legal & compliance Manager.

Fabulous opportunity to join a growing service provider offering an integrated Third Party Management Company, Depositary, Corporate & Fund Administration solution to International Clients within the Alternative Investment Management industry.

The role is to support and develop the Luxembourg’s compliance strategy and risk management framework in accordance with Group Risk programmes. Supporting the Risk leadership team to further enhance knowledge, skills and capabilities within Luxembourg.

The role holder will report to the Head of Compliance, PSF.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual to support Local and Group Head of Functions while managing, assisting and developing the skills of the internal teams.

This is a senior role where excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with attention to detail, continually reviewing, updating (and improving where applicable) policies and procedures.

Some of your key responsabilities will be the following but are not limited to:

  • Support development and implementation of a Risk Management Framework and Compliance Strategy that is compliant with laws and regulations and respecting Group risk appetite and the Group risk management framework
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders including regulators, colleagues, intermediaries and clients (where appropriate)
  • Support the set-up and implementation of depositary services in collaboration advisers from a legal, regulatory and compliance perspective
  • Support in the performance of impact assessments on proposed new regulations, consider and propose recommendations as to next steps, including the development of training materials
  • Utilise experience and knowledge to ensure applicable policies and procedures are fit for purposes, identifying changes and offering solutions
  • Maintain an awareness of likely regulatory change across the jurisdictions that may impact the Group
  • Contribute to ad hoc Risk-related projects as may be required by senior stakeholders
  • Respect the values and actively encourage promotion of excellent working behaviours within the Group
