Redbridge has the privilege to be working with a private wealth management group located in Kirchberg who are currently looking for a German speaking Corporate Office. This asset manager provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and the administration group has over €30 billion in assets under administration.

Responsibilities
• Organisation, preparation and execution of board meetings and minutes
• Preparation of AGM and EGMs for Luxembourg funds
• Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory filings and returns
• Initial KYC/AML documentation set up and review
• Transaction documentation execution and management

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in law or similar
• 3 years of experience in a similar role (paralegal, legal admin….)
• Independent worker
• Speak fluent English and German
