Redbridge Recruitment are looking to recruit a Corporate Officer for their clients’ Luxembourg office.

This client is a global institutional investment firm who believe in providing an important framework for collaboration and innovation across all functions of the organisation. The successful candidate will be working together with the Head of the Luxembourg Office.

Key responsibilities in this role:

Administration and daily management of the officeCorrespondence, invoices and relevant documents management and filingBank accounts and e-payments managementManage KYC, AML and compliance related requirements related to the Luxembourg entities.Corporate secretarial work, including the preparation of board and shareholder meetings, as well as the preparation of minutes.Maintenance of statutory books and records as required by Law or administrative practice,

including intra-group loan schedules, balances and repayments

Support on the preparation of ad-hoc reports such as BCL reporting, tax reclaims forms, request residency certificates, etc.Coordinating with multiple service providers (accounting, audit, tax and legal)

If you have 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative role at a trust, fiduciary, corporate services or similar in the Luxembourg market, you have a proven track record of previous success, you are team-oriented with impeachable integrity then please get in touch with Richard Neale on for a discussion.
