{"id":1259,"date":"2023-04-27T08:31:22","date_gmt":"2023-04-27T08:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.redbridgerecruitment.com\/job\/business-manager\/"},"modified":"2023-04-27T08:31:43","modified_gmt":"2023-04-27T08:31:43","slug":"business-manager","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/www.redbridgerecruitment.com\/fr\/job\/business-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a developing private bank based in the city centre of Luxembourg, it\u2019s very international, it\u2019s an entrepreneurial atmosphere ad they are team orientated.<\/p>\n<p>They offer banking services mainly for European clients.<\/p>\n<p><em><u>They need someone who has strong experience in a business management role in a private bank\/wealth manager and who is proficient with Microsoft Office.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><u>You will report to the head of Business &amp; project manager and to the local CEO.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Your Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive projects relating to operational efficiencies and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Support the head of business management in business projects, strategic initiatives, ensuring best practises throughout Lux and London offices, help with projects or operating steering committees etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring an Audit pass with satisfactory MCOR rating across internal and external audit with audit ad compliance matters related to the business.<\/li>\n<li>To review and analyse monthly financials with meaningful reports\/analysis.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure best risk and control practices are in place and high-risk management discipline culture are instilled within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Your profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fluency in English<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in a business management role in a private bank\/wealth manager.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the private banking\/wealth management industry in Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the European regulatory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good experience of risk, control and audit.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must (presentations, PPT, excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International working environment<\/li>\n<li>Great competitive salary\/package<\/li>\n<li>Banking convention<\/li>\n<li>36 days holidays<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to make a temporary internal move within 6 first months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you enthusiastic about this job?
