A prestigious international Real Estate Investment Manager, based in Luxembourg City Centre, is now recruiting a Director \u2013 Governance and Asset Management.<\/p>\n
Fabulous opportunity to join an established company in a Senior Management position to support their future growth ambitions.<\/p>\n
Successful candidate must have;<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years of experience representing employer \/ client as a Manager or Director at Board Meetings.<\/p>\n
Excellent interpersonal skills from previous Senior Management positions.<\/p>\n
Excellent understanding of Luxembourg legal, accounting and tax environment, especially with regards Statutory Filing Requirements.<\/p>\n
Excellent command of the English language.<\/p>\n
It would be an advantage to also have;<\/p>\n
Real Estate asset management experience.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of technical terminology (an understanding of valuation principles, yield calculation and tenant related agreements).<\/p>\n
Professional qualification (RICS, ACCA, ICSA).<\/p>\n
