For a small company located in Windhof Redbridge Recruitment is looking for Auditors with experience in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n
Main tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n Consolidation<\/p>\n – Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS or Luxembourg GAAP, using a dedicated software<\/p>\n – Assist in implementing consolidation instructions and reporting packages<\/p>\n – Review reporting packages prepared locally for accuracy and completeness<\/p>\n – Post key consolidation adjustments<\/p>\n – Review consolidation entries for completeness\/ accuracy<\/p>\n – Prepare, review and manage inter-company account reconciliation<\/p>\n – Participate in purchase price allocation and impairment testing processes<\/p>\n – Maintain\/ develop the consolidation system and the group charts of accounts<\/p>\n Other tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n – Assist in preparing Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS compliant financial statements<\/p>\n – Get involved in the preparation of Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS compliant reporting packages<\/p>\n – Communicate effectively and clearly with the clients to deal with any questions or queries related to annual (consolidated) accounts or other financial statements<\/p>\n – Ensure the administrative follow up of companies with regard to their financial reporting obligations<\/p>\n – Proof-read the reports before submission to team leaders and clients<\/p>\n – Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit support schedules and working papers<\/p>\n – Get acquainted with the latest IFRS standards, accounting laws and industry reporting practices<\/p>\n – Perform research on technical accounting issues and get involved in the preparation of accounting memos addressing non-routine transactions<\/p>\n – Manage workload and deadlines<\/p>\n – Focus on quality<\/p>\n – Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities at existing and potentially new clients<\/p>\n – Work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic team environment<\/p>\n – Promote corporate values (Added value, innovation and creativity, mutual trust and respect, sense of responsibility and effort, professional ethics, promotion of a socially responsible world)<\/p>\n
