{"id":1151,"date":"2022-11-15T16:31:32","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T16:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.redbridgerecruitment.com\/job\/fund-accountant\/"},"modified":"2024-08-22T08:17:16","modified_gmt":"2024-08-22T08:17:16","slug":"fund-controller","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/www.redbridgerecruitment.com\/fr\/job\/fund-controller\/","title":{"rendered":"Fund Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of our clients, a large independent financial advisory group, are currently recruiting a Fund Controller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Fund Controller:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Oversight of NAV Calculation: Spearhead the accurate and timely calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for private equity funds, ensuring alignment with overarching investment strategies and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership in Quarterly Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for investors, delivering sophisticated insights into fund performance and maintaining a high standard of transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance Excellence: Drive the punctual submission of compliance filings to regulatory bodies, including CSSF and relevant RCS filings, while implementing best practices to mitigate regulatory risks.<\/li>\n<li>Executive Level Board Meeting Support: Provide authoritative financial presentations at quarterly board meetings, offering strategic guidance and shaping decision-making processes at an executive level.<\/li>\n<li>Central Information Coordination: Act as the primary conduit for internal teams, orchestrating the seamless flow of financial data and fostering collaboration across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Management of External Partnerships: Lead the management of relationships with external service providers, depositaries, auditors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring optimal support for fund operations and strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile Fund Controller:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
