Our client, a leading AIFM located near the Gare in Luxembourg, is looking for a <strong>Legal Assistant<\/strong> to support their legal and corporate activities. This role offers growth opportunities for those who seek career advancement, but it is not a requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Corporate Records &amp; Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, maintain, and archive all corporate records related to the Manager\u2019s portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Update company registers, manage delivery and receipt of originals, and ensure timely filings with Luxembourg registers.<\/li>\n<li>Archive and maintain accurate records of all filings and excerpts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Document Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate signature gathering, verify documents for accuracy, and ensure proper legalization and administrative follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage board and shareholder meetings, including drafting, execution, signing, and distribution of meeting documents (convening notices, proxies, attendance lists, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Liaison &amp; Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams, external lawyers, and notaries to facilitate the execution and delivery of legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee apostille and legalization processes for various documents.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage KYC requirements in collaboration with operational teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Administrative Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks, including mail management, document control, and filing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in drafting legal documents related to annual accounts, straightforward board minutes, and agreements, under the supervision of the Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a corporate or legal environment.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of company law and legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of a growing and dynamic company in the heart of Luxembourg.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a bilingual, multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy opportunities for career growth and professional development if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a motivated legal professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","contract_type":[12],"location":[13],"sector":[15],"class_list":["post-1098","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry","contract_type-permanent-fr","location-luxembourg-fr","sector-legal-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.5 -
