Redbridge Recruitment are helping a leading European Private Equity firm with a diverse portfolio of investments across a range of markets to find a fund accountant for their AIFM.<\/p>\n

You would be involved in the accounting and administration of the Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and the administration of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).<\/p>\n

Your main responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Set up and management of complex fund structures in the accounting and reporting software PEO<\/p>\n

– Carry out the accounting of the AIFs and other investment vehicles<\/p>\n

– Capital calls and distributions, investment and NAV calculation, including all relevant reconciliations<\/p>\n

– Prepare management fee calculation<\/p>\n

– Preparation and distribution of Quarterly reporting, capital calls, distributions to LP investors<\/p>\n

– Interaction with the London team inter alia on Valuations \/ updates of investment activity<\/p>\n

– Reporting to the depositary, support reporting to the CSSF<\/p>\n

– Prepare internal reporting to the management and the board of the Luxembourg AIFM and the London head office<\/p>\n

– Provide support in the administration of the AIFs<\/p>\n

– Support the Portfolio Manager and Conducting Officers<\/p>\n

– Carry out monthly cash reporting and cash management<\/p>\n

– Liaise with professional service providers: depositary, auditors, banks and tax advisors<\/p>\n

– Support tax reporting process<\/p>\n

Your profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

–<\/u><\/strong>\u00a03-4 years minimum experience in an accounting role<\/p>\n

– 3 years university degree in Accounting\/Finance<\/p>\n

– Fluent in English.<\/p>\n

– Strong proficiency in French and\/or German is an advantage<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

– Strong team player<\/p>\n

– Positive and proactive approach<\/p>\n
