Within this role you will have the opportunity to receive hands on training from the managing partner directly and develop into a Technical reporting officer for niche clients.<\/p>\n
Tasks are as following\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide support to CFOs and fund managers in any financial matters<\/p>\n \u00b7 Prep financial reports in accordance with Luxgaap, IFRS and US gaap<\/p>\n \u00b7 Perform research on technical accounting<\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft\/update consolidation projects<\/p>\n \u00b7 Participate in purchase price allocation and other valuation projects as part of M&A transactions<\/p>\n \u00b7 Be involved in IAS36 impairment testing processes<\/p>\n \u00b7 Design\/select\/ and implement software solutions on behalf of Acertis and its clients<\/p>\n \u00b7 Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities at existing and potentially new clients<\/p>\n \u00b7 Work effectively in collaborative and dynamic team environment<\/p>\n
