Our client, a prestigious bank in Luxembourg, is actively looking to fill the opening position: Head of Sales Management. The successful candidate will be part and in charge of the Retail and Digital Management team, will have commercial responsibilities and will have to increase the level of salesforce. The main mission will be to supervise and monitor offer and sales managers and increase their impact.
- Exchange with the business lines responsible for the offer to get a better spread offer as well as a sharing of feedbacks from the field.
- Collaborate with area managers.
- Develop offer and sales managers’ skills and help them.
- Lead sales teams by setting high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with peers as well as partnering business and support lines in order to achieve consistent and lasting results.
Skills and Education:
- Master in Economics or Business Engineering.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar Senior Sales Management position.
